The menu:
1st - Seared Shrimp Aguachile: poblano pepper, tomatillo, chilli oil, pickled green apples, pickled shallots, crispy onion
2nd - Elote de la Calle: roasted corn, guajillo aioli, cotija cheese, micro cilantro, tajin
3rd - Alambre: carne asada, pork al pastor, green chorizo, roasted peppers and onions, chihuahua cheese
4th - Mole French toast: brioche bread, coconut wash, mole ganache, chili flakes
+ option to add on cocktail/wine pairing that delightfully pairs for $45
