Experience A Tale of Two Countries with Taan and Urban Bar at The Press Room: a collaborative dinner celebrating women, culture, and connection! Chef Chanita Chayalyk of Taan and Carolina Gonzalez of Urban Bar come together for one night only on Sunday, March 8th 5pm in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Chef Chanita presents a 5-course menu inspired by her Thai culture, while Carolina curates cocktails - each pairing a bold fusion of Mexican and Thai flavors, blending tradition, technique, and storytelling in every bite and sip.

POMELO SALAD: coconut cream, lemongrass, toasted coconut
NORTHERN SAUSAGE: beef sausage, chili paste, makrut leaves
SOUTHERN WILD PEPPER CURRY: mussels, chili paste, wild pepper, coconut cream
THAI COFFEE AFFOGATO thai coffee, coconut ice cream

UNAPOLOGETIC: dobel tequila, pomelo peel, ginger, thai chili
